We pride ourselves on a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of all regulatory requirements for Personal Protective Equipment and frequently advise users of the
impact of legislative change. We have representatives working on the European Committee for Standardisation (CEN) TC 162, Working Group 3, which is charged with writing
standards on testing and evaluation of chemical protective clothing. To comply with European legislation all our products are CE marked, this ensures that the clothing
has passed the rigorous testing required to achieve the appropriate standard.
With the aid of our UKAS accredited chemical permeation testing laboratory the Respirex Research and Development department
has all the necessary expertise to assist you choose suitable material and garment design for your individual application.
In 1997 Respirex moved to a larger manufacturing site in Redhill, Surrey. This has enabled greater use of advanced manufacturing methods to improve both the quality
and efficiency of our superb product range. Our manufacturing capacity continues to expand with the addition of a new building at our Redhill site and another new plant
in the South West of England. |
