Price List for Chemical Permeation Testing

The Respirex Testing Laboratory is accredited by UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) to carry out chemical permeation testing according to BS EN 369, BS EN 374-3, BS EN ISO 6529 and ASTM F739-07 using a wide range of liquids and gases.

The basic cost of a test according to BS EN 369 or BS EN 374-3 (mean of 3 tests) is £160 per liquid chemical and £210 per gaseous chemical on the list in the European standard. The cost of testing other chemicals may vary according to the availability and cost of the chemicals.
Testing carried out to the American standard ASTM F739-07 or the International standard BS EN ISO 6529 is £190 per liquid chemical and £230 per gaseous chemical on the ASTM F1001 battery of chemicals. The cost of testing other chemicals may vary according to the availability and cost of the chemicals.
Single screening tests carried out according to the European standards are £70 (liquid) and £80 (gas); for the American and International standards £80 (liquid) and £90 (gas).

Price List for Physical Testing

The Respirex Testing Laboratory is accredited by UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) to carry out physical testing according to BS EN ISO 7854, BS EN ISO 13934-1 and BS EN ISO 9073-4.

Preconditioning is required prior to all testing and costs £50.

BS EN ISO 7854 Flex Cracking (visual assessment / level)	£40

BS EN ISO 13934-1 Tensile Strength (strip method)	£20
BS EN ISO 9073-4 Trapezoidal Tear Resistance	£30
BS EN 530 Abrasion Resistance (visual assessment all levels)	£35
BS EN 530 Abrasion Resistance (pressure pot assessment / level)	£35

Reporting classifications as listed in BS EN 14325.
